untreated natural European and Slavic hair
The quality of hair is crucial for the durability of wigs, hair systems, toppers and other hair solutions. For our products, we use untreated and uncolored European and Slavic hair. In addition to their superior quality, European and Slavic hair offers a wide variety of natural colors.
Online, you will find many industrially produced wigs, mostly from China, where they predominantly use Indian or other Asian hair, which is naturally black. Through special chemical processes, this hair is bleached and thinned to achieve various shades from the original black. Before coloring, the hair’s cuticles are removed to prevent tangling, and the hair is coated with silicone to create a shiny appearance, which fades after a few months.
All of these chemical processes and treatments severely damage the hair, significantly reducing the longevity and durability of wigs. Over time, the silicones wash out, leaving you with a wig that has dry, tangled, and damaged hair that can no longer be restored. Wigs or systems made from Asian hair tend to wear out after about six months of daily use, sometimes even sooner.
In contrast, European and Slavic hair is completely natural, soft, and has a silky texture. It has never been colored or chemically treated. Since the hair on a wig doesn’t grow, it’s particularly important to care for the ends using oils, conditioners, and hair masks. With proper handling and care, the hair will remain soft, shiny, and healthy for many years.
Each strand of hair is individually knotted into the mesh with a special knotting technique, creating a natural appearance.
